Dear Dr. Thompson,

It is refreshing to see such a commitment to patient care, on every level- from feeling at ease walking in the door, to feeling confident in the dental care one is receiving, to being happy one chose Dr. Thompson and his Team of Awesome after one leaves. Your office is so pleasant - I would guess that most folks feel the same way. I really appreciate the satisfaction of having a job well done.

Jennifer

Dear Paul,

I would like to thank you for your advice and expertise concerning my dental care. As you know, I have needed extensive dental work through out my adult life due to inadequate care as a child.

When you suggested replacing an existing bridge and applying porcelain veneers to six surrounding front teeth, I never imagined I would have the pleasing result I do. In the process, you were also able to improve my bite by straightening several teeth.

Within a day after my final appointment, I had a person comment on my teeth; how beautiful they were and what a great smile I had never met this person before and she had no way of knowing they were new! My children tell me I always covered my mouth when I smiled—I don’t do that any longer.

Again, thank you for my new smile!!

Sincerely,
Susan W.

Dear Dr. Thompson,

Thank you for the service you have provided the profession and the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry as an adjunct faculty member, teaching in the PAC-Live program. This quality, hand-on course reached many practitioners and increased their capacity to provide a high level of service to their patients.

Now that the program has come to an end so will your adjunct appointment with the school. Please make the necessary changes in your resume and your professional communications.

It is possible in your case that you have other relationships with the school or would like to continue to contribute your talents in other ways. If that is the case, please contact Dr. David Nielsen to complete the necessary applications for a renewal of appointment.

Our association has been valuable; we appreciate all you have contributed.

Sincerely,
David C.

Dear Paul,

Congratulations on being voted the state’s top general practitioner in the survey conducted by New Hampshire’s Magazine. You must be particularly proud to know the honor is the result of a vote by your peers.

Again, congratulations.

Sincerely,
Thomas R.

Dear Paul,
As a patient of yours for more than twenty years, I have always appreciated that you have stayed current with the latest dental trends and have always gone that “extra step.” That trait became even more apparent to me several months ago when you asked about my smile.

My smile was something I had not given much thought, however I was always somewhat aware of my front tooth, which had been shoved forward when I was a child. You explained that with the latest technology I could correct that problem. I have to say that I am totally amazed with the results. I couldn’t ask for anything better, in fact, I have received many compliments from people saying how well I look, and I am not sure they know exactly why, but I do.

I appreciate that you took the time to explain the procedure in detail, and the benefits of having the work done. Your method of dentistry is one that I would encourage people to consider, as the results are tremendous.

I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention your outstanding staff. They are the friendliest, most professional group of people. It’s a pleasure to walk into your office.

Thank you for offering me the opportunity to make the most of my smile.

Sincerely,
David C.

Dear Dr. Thompson and the whole crew,

I just had to drop a note to say, “you guys are the best”. When it comes to dentistry I’ve got to be the worst patient on the planet.

The patience and empathy shown by the whole staff is outstanding. Just a perfect mix of “laid back” and at the same time very professional.

You’ve managed to make a “jittery customer” as comfortable as possible. Please pass on my thanks to everyone for the outstanding service.

Your very satisfied client and friend,Marc S.

Dear Paul,

Congratulations on being selected an outstanding general practitioner in the survey conducted by New Hampshire Magazine. It is always nice when your achievements are recognized by your peers. It was a nice picture of you. Again, congratulations.

Thomas R.

Dear Dr. Thompson,

I just wanted to take a moment and compliment you on your dental assistant, Naomi. Naomi has worked with me for a few years now and she is very much aware of my anxiety of visiting the dentist. She is always compassionate and sensitive to my issues.

On Monday, I spent over three hours sitting in her chair while undergoing an unpleasant procedure. Throughout our time together, Naomi checked to see how I was doing and took the time to meet all my needs. She made a challenging situation for me very bearable. In addition to her time and attention during my visit, she phoned me that evening to follow up to see how I was feeling. That is a perfect example of going above and beyond the call of duty. I have shared this story on several occasions with family, friends, and colleagues.

Naomi also has the “privilege” or working with my two young children for their routine dental care needs. They enjoy her spirit and we often play “dentist” at home to motivate them to fulfill their dental hygiene care and yes, I am “Naomi”. I also must remind you that handling those two little cherubs is no easy task but Naomi always finds a way to make it work.

Thank you for hiring, training, and maintaining such professional people who care about the patient sitting in their chair. You must be proud of having top notch girls working for your office.

Sincerely,
Jan B.
